Event Details

Join us for a Zoom event on how loneliness and social isolation impact aging and end-of-life choices. The Surgeon General called loneliness an underappreciated public health crisis. We’ll discuss the scope of the issue, explore how it impacts the choice to hasten death, and what can be done to alleviate it. You’ll gain a sense of solidarity with others experiencing loneliness and leave with practical advice on achieving the “good life, good death” that we strive for.

We need participation from our own members. If you have a loneliness story, please contact Faye at HemlockSanDiego@gmail.com
