It’s frightening to think about the end of life. But even more frightening is the anxiety and confusion from avoiding communication about death. Does your family know:
• Where and how you want to spend the end of your life?
• Who will care for and support you?
• The cost of your final exit?
• How you can help them begin to reach closure?
To sort through these critical factors, HSSD has created an interactive workshop for a small group of 8 – 10 participants that offers ideas for:
• Considering what you want to happen at the end of your life.
• Deciding what information you want to share and with whom.
• Communicating your wishes with sensitivity and confidence.
